Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer Our exchange and Return policy within the Saudi Arabia


If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase, you can exchange it within

-

100 Days all orders ( except promotions and sales  )must be returened in 7 days 

As soon as we get your order back to our warehouse we will refund your Saksooka account
Then you can place a new order using your store points with the size or styles desired

***customers must ship order to our wearhouse location on his own liability , we are not responsiable fro any underlivred shipemtns , 

please make sure you ship your order to the correct address ( contact us on our whats app to get the address details )

When order is received in our warehouse we will issue store points within 7 working days

Exchange process might take up to 30 days due shipping process

a 20sr. shipping return fees is applicable , damaged goods will be exchanged for free

Order must be in original packing , new, unused and in its original statues with all labels intact

some of our products have no-return no-exchange policy.
(perfumes – underwear – socks – shoe polish and shoes insoles)

if your order is on special offer or sale and it is finished,
we will not be able to provide the offer to you anymore ,

Special offer and sales must be returned in full qty as purchased .
and partial return or exchange is not accepted !

COD fee + Shipping fee is non returnable

* in case of not reciving your paid orders ( mada - visa - apple pay ) we will charge you 39.sr shipping fee and return the remaining to your bank account
* in case of not reciving your paid orders ( Tabby - postpay ) we will charge you a 20.sr shipping fee and return the remaining to your saksooka account


- for ( installment customers ) 
- orders can be cancled if they are not shipped 
- If order is shipped , it cant be canceled and it can be only retruend or exchanged 
- when return or exchanged , we will deposite the amount of the order to
- when return or exchanged , we will deposite the amount of the order to your saksooka wallet adn you will continue your installements normally
for example , if your order is 100sr and you have paid ( 1 ) installment , then you are requesting an exchange of the product , we will deposite a full 100sr to your saksooka wallet , and you will contune your installments with installment companies normally .
- all store policies apply on installment customers 


if customer want to transfear store credit to his bank account a fee of 49sr will be applied along with returen fees and only if the request was made in 3 days from the day moeny was trasfeared to the saksooka wallet , if more than 3 days request will be denidned and moeny will stay in the customer wallet 


if you rowuld like to reutrn an itme on ( offers / sales ) you must returen the whole offer , for example if you want to return buy one get one free you must returen the whole itmes not jsut one item !


-store credits expire at the end of each year on the 31/12 and you wont be able to use it after this date and cant be refunded as well
