FOR THE FIRST TIME IN SAUDI ARABIA,

we guarantee to replace or repair damaged products within 60 days.

Saksooka guarantees that all products are free from defects in materials or workmanship

For a period of sixty (60) days from the date of purchase, when purchased from our online store.

The warranty covers Shoes, Sandals , Cufflinks , that contain specific defects as indicated below,

* it does not cover damages caused by accident, misuse, negligence, natural wear, or

The natural breakdown of colors and materials over time, exposure to the sun, heavy use, or exposure
to water.

If our product is found to be defective after inspection by a warranty technician, we will repair or exchange the product with a new/similar product .

Saksooka is not responsible for any damages and/or losses/or costs incurred as a result of The loss or use of the Products.

The warranty includes ( shoes - slippers - cufflinks ) only And does not include any other products and covers only the following problems:

Shoes and slippers

- Stitching/glue coming out

- Peeling of the leather due to a manufacturing defect

- Outsole braking due to a manufacturing defect

Cufflinks

- Malfunctioning or broken due to a manufacturing defect

- Coating comes out

Warranty does not include/cover the following:

- Misuse of products

- All products without warranty

- Discounted merchandise and special offers such as

(buy one unit and get one for free and all other offers and discounts)

- Problems due to excessive consumption of the product

- Problems due to negligence on the part of the customer or by wrong use Improper storage

or due to natural disasters

- Malfunctions due to non-compliance with the instructions for use in the user manual or

With the instructions published by the manufacturer on the Internet

- Malfunctions due to falling, violent vibration, exposure of the product to dust, dirt, water and colors,

Dirt or rust due to product exposure to excessive moisture

- Natural wear or tear of colors and materials over time or Exposure to the sun or heavy use

Warranty Policy

- This guarantee is for paid orders in our online store with Mada, Visa or MasterCard

It does not include cash on delivery requests

- Our warranty technician evaluates the product and its condition and accordingly makes a report

Whether the product is under warranty or not

- This warranty is a guarantee of replacement only with the same product or any similar product

of the same value, Cash-back is never possible

- The warranty period is 60 days from the date of purchase of the order

- There may be a shipping fee of 20-40 riyals, depending on the status of the order

- The warranty cannot be claimed unless the warrantee request is submitted to our email

- The original product box must be available
